Here's what we will be making......Remember to save your work often!

Supplies Needed
Jasc PaintShopPro (I used PSP 7)
Tube and font that I used - click here
Eye Candy 4 - Demo Download available here
Ok.....lets get started!
Unzip your supplies ( I recommend unzipped to the desktop so they are easy to find) and open them in PSP.
Select the unicorn tube and Ctrl C to copy it to your clipboard.
Open a new image 375 x 375. Ctrl L to paste your tube in as a new layer. Ctrl L again for a duplicate layer.
Select your unicorn on layer 2 and go to Effect......Geometric........Twirl..... with a setting of -280 degrees. Apply, then apply the effect again, and a 3rd time.
While still on layer 2, go to Image.....Flip......and then Image......Mirror.
Here is what you should have so far...

I would save at this point. Now, click
on your Mover tool
and position Layer 2 where you would like it
to be.
Now, select your Freehand (Lasso) tool
and make sure it is set to Point to Point.
Click and surround any areas
of your swirl that you want to remove. Double click to get your marching ants around the selection and hit the Delete
key on your keyboard.
Select Layer 3 (the unaltered tube layer) and go to Effects......Plugin Effects.....Eye Candy 4...and choose Corona.
Use the color picker tool in the filter interface to select a complementary color from the unicorn graphic
and use the following settings...

Next, you will go to Effects.....3D Effects....and apply a drop shadow to your liking.
Save your work here....
Now select your Text Tool
and make sure Floating and Antialias are both
chosen. You need to use a font with Broad strokes. I chose Black
Chancery as my font. For Stroke, select a color that you like from the
tube we used and for Fill select click the arrow to select pattern. In
your pattern chooser, select the "unirainbowtile" that came with your tut
supplies. Now type in your desired text and choose ok.
Next go to Effects.....3D Effects....Inner Bevel and use these settings:

Next go to Effects......Plugin Effects.....Eye Candy 4...and choose Corona, and use the same settings as last time.
LAST STEP - can you believe it?!?!
Finally you will go to Effects....3D Effects....Drop Shadow and use the same settings as you used on the tube.
Save your work as an image file and there you have it! You have created a great looking tag. Pretty easy, hmmm?

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial and will come again.
If you have any problems following my instructions - please contact me and I will be happy to help in any way I can.
